MS Cross Country will meet at Gainey Athletic Complex 3 days a week in the evenings. Practice times will be 630-8pm early on to avoid the heat, and move to 6-730pm as we get later in the season. The meets will be mostly on Saturday mornings, but there may be a meet or two during the week. Practices will start the week of August 23rd.
